Why am I not receiving a response to my support enquiry?

Once you have sent a request to the support centre, you should receive an automatic confirmation of receipt within a few minutes.

Have you looked in your spam folder?
The e-mail may have been moved there automatically.

If this is not the case, please check whether the e-mail address you have entered at Fetish.com is still up to date. You can view and change it in your profile settings by clicking on the question mark next to the e-mail address.

If you still do not receive an answer, you can send an e-mail to supportcenter@fetish.com. Please include the following information:

• your Nickname

• your membership

• your Browser

• Info about when exactly the problem occurs (with which clicks, where on the page)

• If possible, take and add a screenshot

Please note that we answer support requests in the chronological order in which we receive them (oldest first).

Sometimes a reply takes a little longer, which can delay response times somewhat. However, we always endeavour to answer support queries within a reasonable time.
