Image/Video Activation period

Every newly uploaded image or video is first checked by an administrator and/or a bot before it is activated. The check by the bot takes place within a few minutes.
The admin check (e.g. for images that have been placed in the private gallery or that need to be checked again due to unclear assignment) can take a maximum of 3 working days.
