A first contact is a message to a member who has never sent you a message before.
Once a member has replied to you or written to you directly, it is no longer a first contact. You can write to this member as often as you like.
A message to an administrator is not regarded as initial contact.
Note: The predefined 'No, thank you' response is not counted as an answer.
- With a free basic membership, you can write to up to 10 members a day with whom you have not yet had any contact, up to a maximum of 100 initial contacts per month.
- With a Premium membership, the daily limit increases to up to 25 first contacts, or a maximum of 300 per month.
- And with a VIP membership, you can make up to 50 first contacts per day, or a maximum of 500 per month.
Please note: These first contacts are linked to the completeness of your profile.
This means that the more areas you have filled out in your profile, the more first contacts you can reach. However, if your profile is incomplete, your first contact limit will be reduced accordingly.
