Guidelines for Youth Protection and Combating Child Sexual Abuse

Note: This policy were drafted in German. If this policy is offered in any language other than German it shall be for information purposes only and, in case of conflict between the German-language version and any translation thereof, the German-language version shall prevail.

We are strongly dedicated to preventing the dissemination of inappropriate content involving minors. Therefore we have a zero-tolerance policy regarding the spread of child sexual abuse material. This encompasses various forms such as media, written text, illustrations, and digitally generated images. It is our duty to maintain our platform free from such material and discourage users from seeking it out.

Guideline:

Any content showcasing or depicting a child, or promoting child sexual exploitation is strictly forbidden on our website and constitutes a serious breach of out Terms & Conditions. This includes written content like comments, titles, blogposts, profile descriptions, messages, usernames or other communication that promotes, references, or hints at sexual exploitation or abuse of a child, irrespective of the fact if it is a real, fictional or animated child.

Enforcement:

All gallery images and videos have been checked and classified with the greatest possible care by our team before publication, in accordance with the applicable youth protection guidelines. At Fetish.com, content is categorised according to the so-called Voluntary Self-Regulation of the Film Industry (FSK). We distinguish between image, video and text material that is authorised for young people aged 16 and over (FSK16) and content that is not authorised for young people (FSK18). Pornographic content can only be viewed on Fetish.com by VIP/Premium members after successful age verification in the closed user group (in accordance with § 4, 2 of the JMStV).

The assessment for the respective categorisation is a self-monitoring, which can be defined differently under certain circumstances. If you find content on Fetish.com that you believe has been inadequately categorised by us, we would be grateful if you would support our work by informally notifying our team of your objection as detailed as possible. As responsible operators of a website with erotic content, we will review the reported incidents and re-evaluate them if necessary.

We also need your assistance and ask you to contact our support team at support@fetish.com in case you come across any child sexual abuse material or content you suspect to be related to this topic. We encourage you to support the control of material and help us to enforce this guideline.

We are committed to the protection of minors. We are a supporting member of the non-profit JusProg (“Jugendschutzprogramm” Youth Protection Program)  association and, together with the other members, strive to take an exemplary position in the German protection of minors. In addition to promoting the distribution of the officially recognised JusProg filter software, all of our pages are marked with the ICRA label. With the JusProg software, responsible parents can protect sites labelled as questionable from unwanted access by minors on their home computers.

In addition, we have one of Germany's leading youth protection experts in our team, the lawyer Mr. Marko Dörre. He informs us about changes in the protection of minors and advises us so that Fetish.com always complies with the legal regulations. Marko Dörre can be reached at:

Consequences in cases of violation:

All material that is identified as involving a child or constituting child sexual abuse material will be immediately removed and the account responsible for uploading or transmitting it banned indefinitely. We will report all cases of apparent child sexual abuse material to authorities and collaborate with those by providing all necessary information.
